🐴✨ Our story began nearly two decades ago when our founder, Tammy Raine, was surprised to see young riders at her 11 y/o daughters Pony Club Horse Training Camp, wearing surf and streetwear brands while trying to display their love for their real passion...horses. Inspired by this Tammy set out to create fashionable alternatives that resonate with the equestrian lifestyle while keeping trends, quality, comfort and performance at the forefront.

Tammy's professional journey spans various industries, but her core expertise lies in the fashion world. Starting her career at the young age of 16, Tammy ventured into the modeling industry, eventually becoming a professional international model and a National TV Game Show Hostess. In her 20s, Tammy took on the role of National Sales Manager for swimwear and shoes at Esprit De Corp's head office in Melbourne. These diverse roles provided her with invaluable insights into the fashion industry and its inner workings.

With her extensive experience and creative flair, Tammy brought a unique advantage to the launch of Giddyupgirl in 2004. Concurrently, Tammy also owned and operated a successful franchise business in the bustling Hastings St in Noosa Heads.

As a mum to 3 children, one being a then horse obsessed daughter, Tammy understood the challenges of balancing budget with quality when it comes to horse ownership, especially with young and growing riders. She's always been passionate about providing affordable products without skimping on quality. That dedication still rings true today – we've seen riders still rocking gear that was made up to 15 years ago!

Giddyupgirl is more than just stylish garments. We're committed to a continuous dialogue with our riders, seeking their valuable input to enhance our designs and make their riding experience even more comfortable. We don't believe in dictating what you should wear; instead, we listen to our riders and tailor our designs based on their preferences and needs.

Our love for design extends to designing prestigious merchandise for events like the Grand National and uniforms for clubs such as Equestrian South Australia, SHCVIC, QLD Interschools, & Welsh Pony & Cob Society...to name a few. Every piece we create is infused with passion and designed to make competitive riders feel amazing and confident amongst their equestrian peers. At Giddyupgirl, we're deeply rooted in the equestrian community. We've proudly donated and sponsored over 600 equestrian events and supported more than 70 riders in their quest for excellence.

Our dedication extends beyond sponsorship; it's about creating a lasting connection with our riders and ensuring that every garment we design reflects their passion and dedication to the sport.

That's why we team up with suppliers who share our love for sustainability and make it a point to visit our factories every year to ensure they're doing their bit for the environment.
