Exchanges and Returns

REFUNDS

We love nothing more than to have a happy customer so unlike many other equestrian clothing brands that only offer a store credit or exchange we also offer a FULL REFUND.  
For a refund we will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charges.  The item must be in the original purchase condition with tags attached, within 1 month of purchase.  Send the item/s back to us to the address below and place a note in the bag with your name and order number  and tell us why you would like a refund. 

We're nice people, just like you and we play fair ;)

EXCHANGE

If you're sending it back to exchange it for another size, colour or different item, that's totally fine as long as it is within 1 month of purchase and tags are intact. Send it back to us to the address below and place a note in the bag with your name and what you would like to exchange it for.

Make sure you include a self addressed PRE-PAID post bag for your re-delivery within Australia. If you're returning an item you bought from outside Australia, send us an email and we'll work it out with you.  
The item must be in the original purchase condition with tags attached so we can process your exchange.  
If there is a price variance we will contact you for payment of the difference or refund you the difference.
If we do not receive a return satchel with your exchange we will call you for payment.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Thankfully this rarely happens but sometimes it can.  If it does happen to you please email us at returns@giddyupgirl.com.au and we will tell you what to do.

Refunds and exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

We are really proud of our collection and we want you to be proud of them too!  If you're not, then you've got to let us know so we can sort things out with you.
